RETURNS: Kucharik Bicycle Clothing has a no
questions asked satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, you are entitled to a refund minus a 10% restocking fee except on exchanges and credits there will be no restocking fee and Shipping
and Handling (within 15 days from the date of your invoice, as long as the product is in
its original unused condition). No merchandise can be
returned without prior authorization from our office after 15 days from date of invoice. All
returns must be freight prepaid. Unless it is our mistake(wrong size, incorrect color,
long sleeve instead of short sleeve, etc.) we will credit you the return postage and we
will ship the corrected item to you at no charge. If a garment is damaged, we will repair
or replace it at our discretion. In order to properly process your
return, please follow the following instructions:
1. If possible, package your return in the original
carton using a plastic bag and
secure packing tape. If this procedure is not followed a $3.00 surcharge will be applied.
Important! All returned items must be in a new, unused condition in the original packaging with RECEIPT.

return/credit/exchange has been processed.
Please note that Kucharik Bicycle
Clothing is not responsible for any shipping charges, nor can we be held responsible for
any items lost or damaged in shipping. Please allow on billing cycle for credits to appear
on your statement. Kucharik Bicycle Clothing does not except COD's on returns. If you have

DAMAGED/MISSING MERCHANDISE: All merchandise is
in good condition when it departs our warehouse. If you are missing an item or receive a
damaged item, immediately report it to the appropriate carrier and notify us within 3
