| Team and Club Apparel:
We take pride in our ability to develop the unique team look, using the latest garment
design combined with technology. We will help tailor your ideas and direct you for the
best results. Many of us at Kucharik ride and race with our products. We are always
looking for ways to make our products even better. We test our fabrics and styles for
durability and performance. We work closely with our customers to provide the best quality
in our clothing. Our unique sublimation (gas-dye printing) provides vibrant colors that
will no bleed, peel or fade.

| How to Order Team and Club
Apparel: Send in your design or color sketches
on a MAC based software, such as, Adobe Illustrator, Photo Shop or EPS. We accept artwork
in digital format or camera ready. Please remember our Art Department will set up the
Artwork to fit a Small skin suit to an XX Large jacket, so only one set up is needed. Our Kucharik
manufacturer's Logo placement is on the chest and on the front or back of
the shorts.
Camera-ready art will reduce cost (Example: Art on a
disk using MAC formatted Illustrator, EPS, etc.) or use our in-house art
department to help produce your design. (art labor charge $35.00 per hour.)

Pricing: Before final pricing is given, all design and
artwork must be submitted to Kucharik for review. Any custom order needed as a rush job
under 4 to 5 weeks will incur a 25% rush charge. Less than 4 weeks contact order desk for
special pricing.
Packaging: Items are packaged in bulk for all team orders.
Shipping: All orders are F.O.B. Gardena, CA
Order: All orders are C.O.D., unless otherwise stated.
A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED ON CUSTOM ORDERS (no
exceptions) 75% on rush jobs.

Delivery Dates: After your art design is completed and ready for
approval, Kucharik Clothing will send your proof of your designs and final order
information. After your approval of designs, we can determine your delivery dates.
(Lead-time for orders is 4-6 weeks)
Reorders: Your original prices are still effective. We will match the
original price for you reorder, even if quantities are less - 1 year expiration from
original order. Example: If your order was 50 shorts sleeve jerseys for $48.00, you
reorder for 25 will be the same price, as long as there is no artwork changes.
Returns: We guarantee top quality from the fabric to the finished construction. Kucharik
will not accept return on printed, washed or decorated merchandise. All claims for
shortages, damages, etc., must be made within 48 hours. All returns require an RA number.
Note: We reserve the right to ship within 5% of the ordered quantity on customer
orders and have a maximum damage allowance of 2%.

Combination Pricing: Combining your orders to meet the minimum. Example: 10 short
sleeve jerseys plus 10 skin suits plus 10 vests = 30 minimum units. You can lower you unit
price by combining totals. Example: 30 short sleeve jerseys plus 25 long sleeve jerseys
will give you the 50 unit pricing for short sleeve and long sleeve. Jackets, Vests Skin
Suits, etc., can be combined.
Note: Skin Suits can be counted in both top and bottom category when using price breaks
for shorts.
Rear Panel Print Shorts or Bibs are considered a separate item from Cycling Shorts
or Bibs and cannot be considered in the total price break.
BMX/Downhill Jerseys are considered separate and cannot be combined.
Note: 2 units per size when at all possible, single units available upon request contact
order desk for details.
For orders less than 12 units, we offer a
silk screening program on either a Coolmax, Cotton or Lycra jersey: see bottom of this
page for details.
This is for teams or clubs that cannot meet the new minimum which is now 30
units. This includes 4 color process unlimited colors as well as Art, Setup & Screen
Fees. Delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks and all clothing is made in the USA.
PRINTING GUIDLINES
To help you prepare your file for printing we have some guidelines that should be followed in order to obtain the best results.
SOFTWARE:
We can support both PC and Macintosh-based files using: Adobe Photoshop CS4 - All versions up to CS4. Include all layers, paths, channels, links and fonts, convert text to outlines, include all linked images. DO NOT EMBED IMAGES
The programs below are not recommended for large format printing and may not reproduce correctly. Please export the file as an EPS or high resolution (HIGH QUALITY PRINT SETTING) PDF suitable for large format printing. Please preserve illustator editing capabilities.
FLAT FILES:
Flat files cannot be modified except for global color changes (i.e. brightness, contrast). A flat file is useful to verify layout and position but is not recommended as print file.

LAYOUT:
Link your arwork into the "Artwork Layer" of the template if you are using one. Templates are created at 100%. DO NOT CHANGE TEMPLATE SIZES.
Bring your artwork all the way to the bleed line to fill the template including bleed area.
PLEASE NOTE: Fabric stretches - keep all elements two inches from the stitch or finish lines to assure they will not be stitched through.
RESOULUTION:
Optimal results are achieved with images printing between 125 - 170 dpi at final size.
COLOR MATCHING:
Due to different printers, dyes and fabric, not all colors can be precisely duplicated. We will do our best to come as close as possible to the colors you request.
If not in either of these formats
there will be an additional charge of @ $100.00 to $200.00. If your art does not meet all the criteria and needs to be modified there will be a $75.00 hr art charge pro rated.
If the format is followed the cost per jersey will be:
1 - 6 $79.95
7 - 12 $75.00
13-18 $70.00
19-24 $62.00

PRICING

colors for an identical front and rear design on jersey. For 4 - 6 colors or non-identical
